ERIO POWER EXPLOSION

In a town called Erio, which nestled in the hills of the western region of Nigeria where a whisper of death hung heavy in the air, Apostle Ayo Babalola was prompted to pray on a mountain in Efon Alaaye when he was given a vision from God that Erio was being attacked by a terrifying illness and he needed to locate the town and look for the mountain God would use as the Balm of Gilead.

As soon as Apostle Ayo Babalola saw this vision, he immediately made preparations for the mission and was guided by the voice of a voice only he could hear to locate the town in question.

The Convener

Hezekiah Oluboye Oladeji was born in Oloba Compound, Edun Abon, Osun State on 13 February 1967 to Pa David Oladeji, who is a Christian of the Baptist extraction, and Madam Elizabeth Oyeronke Oladeji. He attended Baptist Primary school, Edun-Abon. He was a brilliant pupil but sickness, which often assailed him and which eventually affected his legs, dulled his chances to read to a level he personally could have desired. As the sickness which almost crippled him continued to assail the young Hezekiah unabated, he lost his mother in 1982, in the quest to get a cure, and since the sickness did not allow him to complete his secondary education, his father had to hand him over to Abela Oye, an auto mechanic in Osogbo, as an apprentice for a four-year training, but he eventually spent six years.

What is APOSTLE AYO BABALOLA POWER EXPLOSION?

The Apostle Ayo Babalola Power Explosion is an annual prayer retreat which takes place at the Oke-Anu, Erio, Ekiti State and cuts across different denominations, tribes, cultures and countries. It features a time of prayer, intercession, refiring, re-equipping and re-igniting the fire of revival for individuals.
In previous years, it was restricted to only physical attendees but through the advent of technology, it is open to all both within and outside the country and there have been series of unimaginable testimonies concerning the program. People come from within and outside the country to be part of the program and God has been faithful in His dealings to everyone who attends by giving great responses to their prayers.

Who is the convener of ERIO POWER EXPLOSION?

The Ayo Babalola Power Explosion is a prayer retreat organized by the General Evangelist of the Christ Apostolic Church, Prophet/Evang. Hezekiah O. Oladeji through the divine encounter he had on the mountain some years back.

When and where will the event take place?

The prayer retreat is held at Ori-Oke Aanu (Mountain of Mercy), Erio-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria between the ending of June and early July every year.

Is this prayer retreat open to everyone?

The Prayer retreat is open to everyone irrespective of age, denomination, culture, colour or race. God is for all nations and the prayer retreat is for all and sundry.

Is this Retreat free?

The Gospel of Christ is free and without a cost, entry to the prayer retreat is also free.

Are Children allowed at the prayer retreat?

Yes, they are allowed as there is no age restrictions to prayers and receiving from God.
